On the Web: After you have completed your application, your loan will be pre-approved within 24 to 48 hours 2. PROCESSING: After receiving your pre-approval, we will complete the required documents relating to your loan. We will also need you to provide supporting documents for the loan process (W2’s, pay stubs, bank statements, etc.). After receiving this information and ordering your appraisal, your loan will be sent to underwriting. 3. UNDERWRITING: The final underwriting decision involves the evaluation of all the documents that make up your file. Once you have been approved, your loan will be set-up for closing. 4. CLOSING: This is the final step to complete the the loan process. A title company will prepare, assemble, and have final documents signed and recorded.
